How Does Virtacore Virtualization Work?

At the most simple level, a software program called a Hypervisor is used to divide a physical server into multiple virtual resources called virtual machines (VM's).  Each virtual machine can support full implementations of standard operating systems, such as Windows Vista or RedHat Enterprise Linux, and share the same physical hardware. The Hypervisor manages each machine optimizing the simultaneous use of underlying physical resources. Each OS instance is unaware that 1) it’s virtual and 2) that other virtual operating systems are (or may be) running at the same time.
