
George Naspo, CEO
George has over 30 years of business experience and a proven senior executive track record with communications start-ups, turnarounds and growth companies. He joined Virtacore’s parent company, IKANO Communications, as CEO in 2005 after previous success with several other portfolio companies of Insight Venture Partners. At IKANO, George has navigated the company through several successful acquisitions and integrations, as well as achieving organic growth in revenue and EBITDA.
As Virtacore’s CEO, George leads the company’s strategic growth, operational and business development initiatives. He has a strong global sales & marketing background, with prior sales and management experience at Motorola, Timeplex, Sierra Wireless and Securicor Wireless.
George was previously named Entrepreneur of the Year by his alma mater, Toledo University, where he received his BS degree. He also earned an MS degree from the business school at University of Southern California.

Bob Kalchthaler, CFO
Mr. Kalchthaler joined IKANO in August of 2011 as Chief Financial Officer, having most recently served as CFO for C5i Corporation. Kalchthaler holds a BS in Accounting from Fairfield University and has over 20 years of successful business experience working in start-up environments, including C5i Corporation, Secure Elements, Network Security Technologies and APPNET.
His background provides a great fit for the organization at this time in their evolution to build integrated growth strategy amongst all subsidiary companies, and help guide Virtacore through the competitive cloud computing landscape.
Kevin Burke, VP of Sales & Marketing
Kevin Burke has 30 years of general management and sales experience with rapidly growing companies and changing markets. He is accustomed to changing marketplaces and environments. As Virtacore’s VP of Sales & Marketing, Kevin is responsible for all sales, marketing and partner relationship activities.
Prior to Virtacore, he managed multiple entrepreneurial companies. He was Vice President of Sales and Operations for Aker Wade Power, President for Avir LLC, a remote chemical sensing start-up company out of University of Virginia as well as President for Data Express which integrated both hardware and software applications for the two way radio markets. Kevin also spent 15 years in the wireless business with Nextel and PageNet as Vice President and General manager for Los Angeles and Detroit markets.

Douglas Pollei, VP Internet Strategy and Corporate Development
Douglas has over 10 years experience in Internet technology services. As a senior manager for Virtacore, his skills include comprehensive leadership experience in strategic partnerships, digital communications, product due diligence, vendor relationships, competitive analysis, and strategic planning in diverse B2B and B2C environments. He currently leads the company cloud computing strategy and strategic partnership with Google Enterprise and assists organizations worldwide into Google Apps Solutions. As a digital strategist residing in Minneapolis, he has a successful record working with industry thought leaders both inside and outside organizations and has brought results to through balancing innovation with business goals.
Currently, Douglas serves on the Northern Virginia Technology Association advisory board for Business and Enterprise Architecture with focus on cloud computing. He has also participated on the national advisory board for Internet Strategy Forum and the San Francisco based Social Media Club, which was created to expand media literacy, encourage adoption of industry standards, and promote ethical practices.
Prior to working for IKANO, Douglas worked for Wellpappe Ansbach as an Export Specialist in Nuremberg, Germany and SISNA as the Director of Marketing Services. Douglas speaks fluent German and holds an MBA from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business with an emphasis on strategy. He is a regular lecturer on multi-channel disruptive technologies and Internet strategy.

Ed Dailey
Ed has 25 years of business experience as an entrepreneur, senior operating/financial manager and consultant to emerging growth companies. He currently provides near full-time advisory services to IKANO Communications – a $50 million VC-backed IT service provider – where he supports the CEO and management team regarding strategy, acquisitions, financing and operations.
Previously, Ed was co-founder & CFO of ezboard, a VC-funded social networking service with nearly 1 billion monthly page views. He served on the board and completed the sale of the business to a privately held firm. Ed was also a principal at Data Express, a start-up developer of automatic vehicle location solutions, and Informer Computer Systems, a manufacturer of 9-1-1 public safety products; both firms were acquired by public companies.
Ed received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Notre Dame and an MBA with distinction from Cornell University.
Dr. Alan Spizman
Dr. Alan V. Spizman is the Founder and CEO of Management Resource Associates, Inc. (1973), Organizational Psychologists and Management Consultants with offices in New York City, New Jersey and London. Dr. Spizman holds a Ph.D. degree in Psychology and Applied Human Behavior with specializations in Psychometrics and Organizational Psychology. He completed graduate studies at Rutgers, Walden and New York Universities and conducted two years of research and scholarship as an American Friends Fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.
Dr. Spizman’s specialized training in Psychodrama and Sociometry has been instrumental in his work with diverse management and leadership teams. His 35 years of experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors include consultations with over 500 national and international corporations, government agencies, colleges and universities, financial institutions and social, human and health care facilities.
