The successful candidate will be directly involved in developing and qualifying new sales opportunities and providing professional support to the Account Executives and Directors.

About you:

The ideal candidate must be motivated to generate and drive new business, have excellent communication/presentation skills, a results driven attitude, the ability to think on his/her feet, and an entrepreneurial spirit in this pivotal client-facing role. A successful candidate will also have a strong work ethic, the desire to create their own future and the ambition to grow within a dynamic and innovative organization. The position requires a working knowledge of technology and the ability to understand and talk intelligently about technology, cloud services and virtual infrastructure. Technical savvy is a must!

Little or no previous sales & marketing experience required – we will train you! To help you reach your goals, we provide extensive year-round training programs, huge earnings potential, and mentors to help you climb the career ladder. This position is on-site at our Sterling location and cannot be done remotely. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a must.

Some responsibilities you’ll have in this position:

  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Virtacore’s cloud services solutions
  • Generate new business from in-bound leads
  • Manage and track all sales activities
  • Meet required activity levels for emails, outbound calls, on-line demonstrations, and pipeline growth
